Schedule of Events
Fri, July, 5 1-4 PM Teams register with the Tournament Officials and Affidavit Checks at Veterans Park. Teams must provide a complete Affidavit book with all supporting documents including medical releases for each player and all waivers. We will keep your affidavit until you are finished in the tournament.
5 PM Opening Ceremonies - Veterans Park
~6PM Meet other teams and trade pins
~6PM Managers, Coaches, Umpires and Officials meeting at Veterans Park, immediately following Opening Ceremonies
Saturday through Wednesday Games at Veterans Park. Link to the schedule and results is posted above.

Spectator Policies and Procedures
· No noise makers of any kind will be allowed.
· Music will NOT be permitted except as provided by the press box. (Including walk-up music played by individual teams)
· Bleacher seating will be provided but you are welcome to bring your lawn chairs, tarps and/or canopies.
· There will be a concession stand open during the tournament.
· No equipment associated with streaming of games may be affixed to any location on the playing facility including lighting stanchion and fencing.
Parking/Entry Fee
No parking/entry fee will be charged. In lieu of these fees we will be conducting 50/50 Raffle.
